1972 Suzuki T500 Titian, Clean Original TWIN 2-STROKE, LOW MILES.

Description

1972 Suzuki T500 Titan Twin 2-STROKE Beast with 9,396 miles. Blast from the past, -STROKE TWIN CYLINDER STREET BIKE. Nice Green and White example of this 2-stroke street bike. I rode this bike for about 2 months before I displayed it on my showroom floor. Bikes pulls like a mule and cruises at modern highway speeds with little effort. The old 2-stroke bikes are simply a really neat snap shot of the late 60's and early 70's when these bikes ruled the streets.

Really clean original bike. Chrome is in nice shape as can be seen in the pictures. Pipes are nice and they do not have road rash so I am not sure if this bike has been laid down or not. The original seat is very nice with one small blemish next to the fuel tank where it looks like it has a small melted spot, ot sure if it is a small repair or a cigarette burn from days gone by. Both side covers on the frame are in nice condition and this Jetsons style of covers were only manufactured for this one year and have no warpage. Motor case is in very condition with this bike having a left side kick start which is un-usual and very neat for the time. Rims and hubs are in good condition as well and all of the spokes are tight as well as chain and sprockets, eady to ride.

The fenders have nice chrome and are in good condition but the front fender has a little tweak on it and please look at the pictures as I took of shot of this area and made sure that you could see this blemish. It looks like someone bumped into something and it bent the fender just a bit at the tip and then was straighten out.

The grips are original and still retain the Suzuki "S" emblem molded in them. The odd shaped headlight seems to be original as well with the "S" cast into the glass lens. The bike appears to be all original clean nice example of the this killer 2 stroke twin street bike.

There will be a $500.00 deposit required within 30 minutes of the end of the auction and then the balance will need to be paid for with Bank Wire of certified check. If a check is used then as soon as the check has cleared, he bike is yours, ash in person works as well. Please remember that this bike has been sitting in my collection for at least 6 years so I am sure that the carbs will need to be cleaned before it runs at its prime, y mechanic requested me to post this note.
