Triumph daytona 675 2009 track/road bikeLet me start by saying I'm selling this on behalf of a friend who is reluctantly selling it because of serious illnessThe bike was bought from a dealer in 2014 & converted for track use by ourselves. as he didn't want the standard bent & bashed track rat with no V5!It has done 6 gentle trackdays in 2014 (he's new to riding!) & had the oil & filter changed every other trackdayAll the original metallic blue bodywork including the tank. front mudguard. rearsets. levers & exhaust etc were all removed before it went near a track. & replaced with a new set of fibrelite woven race fairings tailpiece & tank. all painted up in the current colour scheme. the seat was also professionally re-covered in suede & cross stitchedThe rear subframe was removed & powdercoated & the wheels were also removed & powdercoated bright white. as were the spares which were bought for wet tyres. these were all rebuilt with new wheel bearings disc bolts & valves. & it has recent lucas wavey racediscs on the frontA new carbon tipped Arrow rear system was fitted. it has a has removable baffle to make it the same as a race can. but has fittings on the sides to take the number plate bracket if required. the header pipes were also heatwrappedR&G racing black anodized fully adjustable billet rearsets have been fitted. with the gear lever currently set in a road pattern. although it can easily be changed to a race patternIt also has fitted -- R&G front spindle crash bungs. swingarm crash bungs. & engine/frame crash bungs- New ASV shorty folding levers- Carbon fibre front mudguard- Carbon fibre chainguard- Stainless braided hoses- Red anodized keyless fuel filler cap- HRC expansion bottle- Triumph brake reservoir sock- New Renthal 525 o-ring racing chain with Supersprox ali/steel chainwheel & red anodized nuts!The bike currently has practically new Bridgestone Battlax BT023R tyres front & rearThe spare wheels have again practically new Continental race attack rain tyres on& there's some loose Pirelli diablo supercorsa scrubs which are still fine for trackdaysThe bike still has the original ignition barrel fitted. with matching fuel filler (in spares box) & all the original wiring intact. nothing has been cut!This bike could easily be put back on the road as EVERYTHING is included that we have personally removed I hope you can see this is not your average trackbike & it has been very well cared for. with no expense sparedThe only negative is a very low speed lowside at Blyton in the wet. I have a video of it happening you can watch!This has only caused scratching as you can see in the pictures & does not really detract from the otherwise great condition of the bike!
