Description

Up for sale is my 2002 Triumph Daytona 955i Centennial Edition. It's the British Aston racing green color. I am the 2nd owner. I bought this from a guy up in Boston. a. He is a older guy in his 60s and for the most part sat in his garage. I got the bike with 1500 original miles on it. It now has 3421 on it. I have all his receipts from the dealer in 2014 which he spent around $1550 to get this road worthy as it sat for the last 5 yrs in his garage. During the 5yrs in his garage it tipped over onto a wood bench cracking the right side mid fairing. He had it professionally welded and you can't even notice unless you get right up on it. No other damage. ccept some little scratches around the clutch lever perch. I done the scratches from putting new levers on. Also put some new pegs on it. ay better than stock. I also took the stock exhaust off I did not care for that look. Still have it though. I shortened another stock exhaust also and gutted it with fantastic results performance wise and the sound is really good. I have recently put a Yoshimura can on it from a gsxr750 and fabbed up a mid pipe. Tig welded for a cleaner look. Sounds bad ass IMO. I also just for preventative measures bought a new rectifier from Jack at roadstercycle it's a mosfit super kit. And bought a new stator from electro sports . Added all steal quick disconnect fuel fittings. The battery is a Shorai which is super lite. Has a Penske rear shock not mounted. Set up for 190lbs. I do have the passenger pegs I forgot to mention. I have this bikes-wet weight at 430 according to my digi bathroom scale. ol. Which is accurate. I forgot to mention I had the stock seat professionally shaved and do have the eccentric at its highest point to lower the bike about 1-1/2" I'm short around 5'8" having done these things I'm flat footed at stops. Alot of people are Okey???? with this. 'm not?. When placing the eccentric at its highest point you need to remove rear brake caliper. In all the 41 years I have ridden bikes I have never used the rear brakes. Knock on wood. It's very easy to put back on if one wants. r I'll do it for you. If one would like to keep it like I have it. he solution is a rear rotor. aliper. aliper bracket off a Triumph Sprint ST. I already have the caliper bracket. o scratch that part. Bike is in great shape looks new and runs like hell. forgot to mention I have the stock front sprocket with a Vortex 46 rear sprocket . The front will come up very nicely(:. This bike sounds like no other and gets a lot of looks every where I go. It's very fast and not for beginners. I'm for sure forgetting things I know. It's a great bike and I will miss it but just to much for my back getting older. Sure to satisfy I'm pretty sure of that. Anyways thanks for taking time to read and be safe. Oh also installed a charging light that stays green while riding lets you know everything is working like its should. That's from roadstercycle. It's mounted on top of instrument cluster. Oh also the pictures of both exhaust are the Yoshimura and the other is the stocker I cut down. Okey???? I think I'm done. I hope this works a couple clips on YouTube http://youtu. be/AzFm51fFjz4 and http://youtu. be/r6hwjmAu178 turn your speakers up(: Little update on the color of bike it's Aston green not black. The last picture I just put up of the Anniversary badge on the fuel tank you can see the green tint of the paint. Added 2 more pics of bike with light on it. This shows it's color is green not black. This is where I put the bike when not riding. It's in a crate with a humidity light which stays around 45 to 50% humidity. So I hope this clears up the color of bike. The last pic of the bike in my garage if you zoom in where it says Daytona to the left of the letter D you may be able to see the hair line crack that was professionally plastic welded. It's very hard to For sale locally and will end auction if indeed it sells.
