1969 Triumph TR6R

Fully rebuilt motorcycle. Engine stripped down to crankshaft and everything replaced or re-qualified. New piston. pins. con rods on up. All new electronics. wiring. genuine new gauges. new headlamp and switches. New seat. wheels. tyres. exhaust. ignition. you name it it has been rebuilt or replaced with new or NOS. Brand new carb. In a couple of instances non genuine replacement parts. New clutch basket. battery. powder coated frame etc. One previous owner. it was converted to a chopped and I brought as near as possible back to the original. Did as a project. started the bike up and ran briefly. since then I just stored in my finished basement as a display item. Only issue is the clutch needs a final adjustment as the gear is a bit stiff but starts fine and idles great. The only disclose other than above. the front fender was chopped by the original owner and I never found a replacement. so I painted and reused the original. There is one bolt in one of the covers that the hole was enlarged. so it needs a helicoil and bolt but it is in an area that does not leak and doesn't detract from the functionality of the bike. Once again some Nigerian lowlife bid on the bike and wants me to pay fees so he in turn can pay me more than he bid. Do not bid if you have no history on EBay. if you register and bid same day then I will not be selling to you. This bike is not for those looking for a daily rider or a maintenance free ride. it requires special knowledge of old bikes. something a current Triumph dealer may not have.
