- Cylinder head glass bead blasted and rebuilt to factory specs including new valves new valve guides (phosphor bronze) new springs.

-Correct new Amal 930/300 and 930/301 carbs fitted. I elected to install the twin rotor twistgrip and twin throttle cables rather than the single twist with plastic junction box. This is much easier to adjust the carbs. I also installed only 1 air (choke) cable. If you would prefer the single rotor or twin choke setup let me know and I will substitute.

-Oil feed return and rockerbox oil lines are NOS herringbone. NOS clamps. NOS rocker feed line with new hardware.

- Correct new inspection caps Made in England

- Correct Made in Englandexhaust pipes.

- Correct Made in Englandmufflers.

-Correct rechromed pushrod tubes with correct seals.

- During assembly all engine and transmissionparts were pre-lubed with engine assembly lube. The sump has a small amount of oil and the oil tank has oil. A small amount of engine oil was added to each cylinder. The engine is turned over occasionally.

TRANSMISSION / DRIVETRAIN: Gearbox rebuilt. All moving parts checked- thrust washers springs replaced.

- Never any fuel in this tank.

COSMETICS: - All black parts powdercoated - except horn. Front brake hub powdercoated silver.

- New correct stainless Made in England front and rear fenders. The watchful eye will notice the front fender does not have a cable keeper. The parts diagram does not show this part so I will leave it to the new owner to relocate the keeper after drilling the hole in the fender (or I will do it on request).

-Many chrome parts re-plated or replaced with correct Made in England parts.

- All hardware either correct new cadmium plated NOS or original parts re-plated. There are some correct thread UNF stainless fittings. (1968 was a transition year using some CEI threaded (26tpi) and some UNF threaded (24tpi) hardware). All cad parts are coated with cad paint to prevent corrosion. Easily removed if you want 100% original look.

- Correct centerstand installed and sidestand installed both with new springs and hardware.

- Chainguard is NOS Made in England. Correct for ‘69-70 (no skirt to prevent chain oiler from oiling up the rear wheel). If you wish I will provide you a correct ‘68 type. (If you plan to ride this bike you will most likely not use the chain oiler and lube the chain with PF anti-fly lube)

- All rubber parts have been replaced with factory-correct footpegs gearchange and kickstart rubber.

OTHER: Exhaustive list of other parts replaced. Many original parts (NOS) have been used. All parts supplied by Tri-Cor Walridge Motors British Only and Rabers. No Taiwanese Chinese or Indian parts. Period. License plate does not go with this motorcycle.

NOTES: Clear CA pink slip. Located in the Bay Area CA between San Francisco and San Jose this motorcycle has been sitting in the owner's family room since work was completed in 2011.
