1979 Triumph Bonneville Special 750cc

This bike is sick. 36 years old and the black & gold paint are still original and in 100% perfect condition. I am the 3rd owner. Two retired men were the previous owners and had very detailed ledger of tuneups. It sounds, ooks, ides perfectly. I did install a new taillight - same as the original. The mirrors were also added but can easily be removed. Still starts on the first & second kick - check it out on youtube -watch?v=gxnH9vs5AJg the first pic is not my bike

There is a really nice vintage bike garage in KC, lue star motorcycles, hat I have always taken it to. One of the guys who runs the shop is a nut for Triumph bikes and had mentioned that '79 was the last year for these bikes so it is a pretty rare bike to see in this condition.Like all old bikes - there is a bit of an oil drip. No big deal.A bit of a clank in 4th. No big deal.
