Up for auction is my 2009 Daytona 675. I've wanted one of these bikes since they came out back in 2006. I've owned six Daytona 955i/T595 series bikes, Sprint ST, nd a new Bonneville. I absolutely love the triple sound and the way it delivers power. When Triumph discontinued the 955 series bikes I swapped to Ducatis then Aprilias and finally to a KTM RC8R. In the end, was always pining for the sound of the triple again.
I found this bike locally when a buddy had it up for sale so he could recoup some money from some car repairs he was met with and couldn't believe how clean the bike was. I picked her up in the winter and was aching to go for a ride. Once spring came around I pulled the cover off, ook it off the battery tender, nd fired her up. I was immediately impressed with the exhaust note of the Jardine pipe and couldn't wait to get her out on the road. I left the bike idle for a good bit to work out the cobwebs and got geared up for the first ride of the season.
I pulled out of the garage and the bike stalled and refused to start again. I immediately went inside and checked out the web for a diagnosis. Turns out there was a recall on the bike's charging system due to a regulator fault occurring. I made an appointment and dropped the bike off at the closest Triumph dealer where I was advised that they'd take care of all the recalls. Now, ith all the Triumph's I've had.....I've never had a problem. Not a single problem. I was curious how the Triumph recall process would work and boy, as I happy with the result.
The dealer did the update on the charging system, he shifter fork, nd a had already sprung for a Motobatt Quadflex battery because I put them in every bike I own. The batteries are lighter, maller, nd pack a Hell of a punch for their size.
In the time since I got the bike back from the dealer I haven'tput on too manymiles as I picked up an old Chevy Blazer to work and am looking for cash to further that project.
The bikepulls like a train and has a top end that is flat out incredible....especially for such a small bike.
This generation of Daytona is slimmer than the previousvariants and reminds me of the handling of my RC8R.
TheJardine fuel controller and matching pipe make it run flawlessly and the smokedscreen is a littertaller than stock, elping knock down someof the headwind.
I'll be including a heavy duty all weather cover and thealuminum rear stand that works great with the installed spools.
I'll add a link to a video of the pipe so you canget an earful as soon as I get a chance. I appreciate you looking and please drop me a line with any questions.

The spot in the pics is from a speck of dirt on the camera lens. The pics show a lot of glare due to the time of day. There are no scratches except for the one nick mentioned above. The bike is fully serviced and runs flawlessly.
