Please review all pictures of vehicle and condition report below before bidding. Cosmetic defects (if any) are not covered under warranty. If there are and defects or flaws on the vehicle, hey will be noted in pictures and described below. All vehicles are sold cosmetically “As Is”.

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early at any time, hould the vehicle no longer be for sale. THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SALE APPLY TO ALL OF OUR NEW BIKE AUCTIONS ONLY: After the purchase has been made the vehicle can be shipped or delivered at the customer’s expense. CA Residents MUST pay CA sales tax, long with an $80 documentation and $29 electronic filing fee. Residents of other states will pay applicable sales tax upon DMV registration in your own state. Payments: Financing Available!

A $500 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction and the balance is due within 7 days. Unless otherwise agreed upon, he bike must be shipped or picked up within 10 days of the auction's end. Communication is required within 24 hours, r the winning bidder risks having the auction relisted. We accept certified bank checks, oney orders, ank to bank wire transfers, nd of course cash in person.Credit cards and PayPal areonlyaccepted for the $500 deposit. We cannot take either method for the full payment amount.
Bank to bank wire transfers usually show in our account within 24 hours of transfer, xcept on weekends. Banks now require that any out of state certified checks, oney orders and treasurers checks require 5 business days to clear. Please keep this in mind when considering pick up time.
Once payment has been confirmed and cleared, ur goal is to have your motorcycle/scooter ready within 2 business days. We will email or call you when the payment has cleared and again when the vehicle is ready to be shipped.

Title

This vehicle is untitled and sold as new. Upon request, itle can be issued only to California residents, uyer pays all registration fees on top of the auction final price. Buyers out of CA will receive the Certificate of Origin and a bill of sale, hus allowing you to register in your state of residence.Residents of other states will pay applicable sales tax upon DMV registration.

ATTENTION CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS- This vehicle is equipped with California emissions, o you will be able to title and register it in California.
