1974 Triumph Bonneville

SHORT MODEL YEAR
The 1974 Triumph Bonneville was built in very low numbers. It was a very odd year in Triumph Bonneville history. Angry workers hearing of the impending shutdown of the Triumph Motorcycles plant at Meriden, hut it down themselves in protest, n October 1973 just as production was being switched from 1973 models to making 1974s. This affected not just Triumph Bonneville production but also Triumph TR6, R7, amp; Triumph Daytona (Tridents were produced at BSA's Small Heath plant, ide-by-side with BSA Rocket 3s). Production didn't resume again until 1975, o very few 1974 Triumph Bonneville s were ever produced.

I've owned this motorcycle for the last year and is a blast to ride. Recently tuned up with new fluids, arb cleaning, park plugs and wires. Only selling for the fundsto finish restoring two other motorcycles I have. The motorcycle is in incredible shape and a real head turner. I will also include the original seat that is in great condition as well as the corban seat pictured. The motorcycle has a clean title. The only real defect is that the tires have some cracking in the sidewalls from sitting. The tread is in new condition, he bike just sat for awhile after it was restored. Matching frame and engine numbers.
