1967 Triumph 650cc TR6 Tiger (Bonneville), lectronic ignition (no battery), olt-on hardtail, iltwell tracker bars & risers, owered Harley 35mm forks & 21" front single disc wheel (no front rotor), 8" Dunlop rear wheel & good drum, tainless brake rod, tock fuel tank w/new petcocks, pring seat, F case saver & speedo delete, hortened side stand, i/lo halogen headlight, ED tail light w/hidden switch, hrome rear fender (rough), ew throttle housing & cables, eeds paint if you're into that kindof thing..
Engine completely disassembled & inspected, ew sludge tube, ew rod bearings, ew pistons, ings & pins on fresh .020+ bore, ll new gaskets, ew clutch, all-bearing clutch rod, ood stater, uplex drive chain, ach delete plug, lectronic ignition & new plug wires & pair 6v coils. Every single component in the transmission was junk so I had to replace every gear, very bushing, very shaft, very spring, $500+ just in trans).
Bike is in good shape, t has a couple minor nagging issues that I haven't resolved because I've been too busy riding it. One valve guide leaks slightly, did not rebuild the head (just lapped the valves) and I should have, nd the clutch is slipping at high RPM due to the clutch ball & ramp in the cover being worn ($40 part), t's on order so it might be replaced before sold. Starts up warm with one kick, isses off all the Harley guys, nd runs well. Gearing is probably a little low so that might need to be messed with, 1 front sprocket or change drives, tc. Bike gets alot of attention and looks & sounds mean, veryone stops & asks questions, ven in traffic. Oh and it leaks a little, ol, t IS a Triumph.
