2010 Triumph Street Triple R 675 DOHC engine. 2nd owner, garage kept, low miles

Hello,
Up for sale is a very nice looking and running Triumph standard bike with the racing features. Hopefully, f you are viewing this advertisement, ou know what you are looking for.
The Good:
Runs perfectly. I am the 2nd owner. I bought it from a veterinarian in Roswell, A when it had just 327 miles on it. I have put over 3,000 miles on it. I have all of the paperwork, wner's manual and record of service, keys, tc. I've been on a few long 6-7 hour rides, ome mountain riding, tc. I have never even taken it to a track. I just had Magic City cycle in Orlando, L change the oil, op off brake fluid (brakes are more responsive now), nd check all engine case bolts. The cost of all of this was > $300 and I will provide the receipt. I would typically do this myself or at a less costly mechanic, ut I wanted to prime the motorcycle for sale. This bike is ready to ride and the mileage will increase slowly as I continue to ride it periodically to keep the battery charged and the engine running smoothly.
The bike is pictured with my Fly gloves, Lazer helmet, n aftermarket Sargeant seat, nd a nice Kriega bag. It will only come with the stock seat (which is not pictured). The gloves, elmet, ftermarket seat, tc. are not included but can be negotiated after the sale of the bike. The stock seat barely has any riding tom on it. 9/10 very good condition for the stock seat.
The Bad:
The bike did go down one time in some dirt (not on a real road). It was when I first started riding and I was a little inexperienced. I took a turn too wide and laid it down in some grass and dirt. It was covered by insurance and my local Triumph dealer replaced the foot shifter, ase cover on the left hand side, nd mirror on the left hand side. Other than that, his thing is pristine. If I wasn't overly honest and did not tell you about this, ou probably would not be able to tell that the motorcycle was ever laid down.
The Ugly:
NONE!

The mileage was 3,910 as of 11-3-15
The mileage was at 3,710 as of 10-26-15.
I am not desperate to sell and I will keep riding this phenomenal machine until I get a fair price.

Lastly, f you want to fly then ride or you want me to ride it somewhere for delivery, lease float those options out to me.
