Description

If you want the best, ere it is! Show stopping, aw dropping, ling to the max, lus performance to back it up! Yes, t is expensive, ut the price is not nearly what it cost to build. This bike's build invoice was nearly $27,000. There is 10k in the motor alone. Hours and hours of fabrication in one off parts, hrome, olishing, aint, tc. etc. On to the details:

The frame is a vintage one piece custom, robably Jammer, rom the 1970's. It was completely stripped and handed off to our certified welder who did some necessary repairs to make sure it was safe and straight. All welds were smoothed and molded.A custom Hot Match kickstand with internal spring was used. A 12" over USA made Springer front end was added. Front wheel is an 84-99 21" Softail style wheel with stainless steel spokes. Tire is an Avon Speedmaster. We will be happy to add the front brake for the new owner, or the cost of parts.

Rear wheel is a chromed Triumph hub laced with stainless steel spokesto a 16" Harley rim. Tire is a Shinko Speed Grip replica. 6" flat rear fender, ustom made sissy bar, ustom Rat Fink "shifter" knob mounted as an ornament on the rear fender. Custom made seat and sissy bar pad, rapped in genuine alligator hide. Chain guard is also custom fabricated for this bike. Custom made rear brake torque stay.Custom made billet aluminumbattery tray.Oil tank is polished alloy, rom The Factory Metal Works.

Gas tank is a vintage prism tank. It has been pressure tested, leaned and lined with Red Kote. Fuel and oil lines are braided stainless steel.

Bars are drag style 7/8" diameter, itting in 3" tall risers. Factory style headlight dip/horn switch has been modified to run internal wiring. Mini speedometer features LED illumination. Side mount tail light is all custom made. Grips are blue sparkle and match quite nice. Headlight is a Bates style bottom mount. This bike also features our custom forward controls.

The paint is a new product from DuPont, t is very expensive, t replicates the look of a candy paint job in a two stage process. This means that any touch ups (road chips, cratches) can easily be done.

And now for the best part, he motor! We started with a nice 1972 T120V. I am partial to '72 as I feel it was one of the best performing motors they ever made. These cylinder heads are coveted by a lot of the racers as they flow better than most earlier years. While the motor was apart, he cylinder heads and crank cases were sent out for polishing. The primary cover, rans cover, iming cover and rocker boxes were sent for chroming. Crank shaft was serviced, ludge trap cleaned, ournals polished and measured. Connecting rods were carefully polished to remove even the most minute scratches, hich can lead to failure. New TRW shell bearings were installed. All bushing and bearings were checked for wear and replaced as needed. Of course, ll seals and gaskets were replaced. Primary chain, lutches, tc. were all replaced. Transmission is a five speed, ew needle bearings were installed. Cylinder head has a complete new valve job, sing Kibblewhite guides and Kibblewhite Black Diamond valves. Carbs are new Amal Premiers. We decided to up the power with the addition of an Aerco big bore kit. These are UK made and are simply the best. We did check our piston to cylinder clearance before installing and performed a final hone. Ignition system is a Boyer Micro Digital. We chose that ignition due to it's better advance curve over the standard Boyer. The exhaust pipes are Cycle Shack 1 3/4" with a slash cut. WE WILL REPLACE THE PIPES BEFORE SHIPPING. These pipes discolored during initial start up and jetting. The motor runs great, ust like it should!

There is a solid state voltage regulator, ll new wiring with key switch and the correct digital ignition coil. This bike is a new build and has just over 100 easy break in miles. The title is a clear NJ title.

All in all, his a very beautiful, ideable, howable bike. This ad only scratches the surface as to what went into creating this incredible bike. The pictures just don't do it justice!

I have described this bike to the best of my ability, owever, t is sold as is, ith no warranty expressed or implied.
