1968 Triumph 650 bobber T120R fresh build Hartz Bros Custom Cycle matching #'s

This is a fresh build just finished! Matching numbers 1968 Triumph 650 custom hard tail bobber. Built Here at Hartz bros custom cycle in Watertown,NY. We have been building custom Triumphs for nearly 10 years. Known for clean well built bikes. This one is exceptionally clean, he bare metal repop Triumph slimline gas tank, owbrow customs rear fender, nd Factory Metal works oil tank were sanded down and shot with several coats of clear coat to provide the finish, MW hard tail was bolted on to a chromed 68 front frame and then was powder coated high gloss black along with all small parts and fork parts. Rebuilt stock 69-70 Triumph forks with new tubes, prings, oots, ork ears and hardware. 16" and 19" new rims were powder coated and laced with ss spokes. New tubes, ires and rim strips were installed along with sealed bearings. New brake shoes, prings. New chain, ealed battery, eavy duty ignition switch. Wassell electronic ignition with a tympanium regulator. Harley 12v coil, " Lucas repop headlight bucket with indicators. Biltwell front seat mount, nd renegade grips. Sinister black leather seat, " black springs. Cycle shack drag pipes, ew chrome clamps, ew repop footrests with rubbers. All new rear brake hardware. 30's Ford "STOP lamp with No school choppers plate bracket. Custom made battery box. Horn, igh and low beam to pass most state inspections. Engine was completely rebuilt using new 10 under rod bearings, ew main bearings, ew transmission bearings, 0 over pistons with Hastings rings were installed on a fresh bore. New valves, uides, nd springs were also installed. New primary chain, lutch basket, lutch plates, prings, ew rotor and stator also installed. New primary cover, am cover and polished kicker cover, ew kicker and shifter, ll new seals and gaskets and many new bits of hardware. There is a weld repair where the chain broke thru (very common)Over $1800 just in parts for the engine rebuild! New Amal carb installed with all new Barnett cables, mal style alloy levers. New uk petcocks. Wired from scratch using top quality connectors and heat shrink. Starts, uns, hifts and stops like it should. Leaks a few drops out of crankcase breather.
