1973 750 Custom Bobber

This is a beautiful custom 1973 Triumph Bonneville 750.

This is a show quality bike every part has been meticulously built.  

The engine is a Bonneville 750 that has been completly rebuilt with less than a hundred mile on it.   The engine was honed. new pistons and rings installed.   It has a new clutch basket and plates as well as springs.   I converted the clutch to a hydraulic clutch which allows much smoother and responsive shifting.   For better flow a high performance MORGO oil pump was installed. The rebuild was topped of with a new head and valves and of course the sludge trap.  

The electrical was redone with a new battery-less micro-digital boyer electronic ignition and a boyer power box.   With the power box it runs and start with no issues that many bikes have without a battery.   It has a seperate switch to turn the headlight power on and off for start up and led tail lights that always run.

The frame is a plunger style BCS frame that has been turned into a rigid with chromoly tubing (easily removed to turn back into a plunger).   Keeping the old school spring look a springer front end with 21" Harley spoke wheel was added.   The oil tank is cutom made with a electrical box being part of it.   Custom brass stems nuts and exhaust tip as well as many brass cap nuts used through out.   Tires are brand new and spokes are new stainless steel replacments.

Jockey shift with a front disc break and drum on the rear. boh of which are controled by foot peddles.

Every part of the bike is powder coated super black
