1978 YAMAHA XS650 XS 650 TRIUMPH SCRAMBLER REPLICA

Up for auction is a custom 1978 Yamaha XS 650. I'm selling this for a good friend.   This bike was made to look like a Triumph Scrambler. Very cool unique looking XS. most get Bobbed. This one's done very tastefully.   Rebuilt motor with approximately 1. 00 miles on it.   5th gear was replaced with an overdrive gear for highway riding. You can go all day long without putting strain on the motor!   Black ceramic coated scrambler pipes. Handmade by Gordon Scott. Carbs rebuilt and synched. Black powder coated frame. rims. hubs. engine cases. gas cap. fork tubes. tail light housing. etc. "Highwall" aluminum rims with new stainless steel spokes!  Honda CBR 600 front disc brake with new pads and stainless steel brake lines.   Avon tires. brand-new battery. new wire harness. new Pamco Electronic ignition. new left and right hand switches. new pod filters. new Yamaha seat and o-ring chain!   New fork seals and engine seals. Kick an electric start!. bike runs perfectly pulls hard. stops on a dime. nd is a blast to ride! Custom British racing green paint job is mediocre at best. It looks good from about 10 feet away not terrible but could be repainted to be amazing.
