Please review all pictures of vehicle and condition report below before bidding. Cosmetic defects (if any) are not covered under warranty. If there are and defects or flaws on the vehicle. they will be noted in pictures and described below. All vehicles are sold cosmetically ?ˆ?As Is?ˆ?.

Condition: This Used 2012 Triumph Speed Triple is as close to brand new as you will find for a used motorcycle. Already has the small fly screen added. which is an absolute necessity. This brilliant diablo red is no longer an available color. which makes it all the more sought after. If you have any questions. just ask! I am happy to help.

Payments: Financing Available!

A $500 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction and the balance is due within 7 days. Unless otherwise agreed upon. the bike must be shipped or picked up within 10 days of the auction's end. Communication is required within 24 hours. or the winning bidder risks having the auction relisted. We accept certified bank checks. money orders. bank to bank wire transfers. and of course cash in person.  Credit cards and PayPal are only accepted for the $500 deposit. We cannot take either method for the full payment amount.   Bank to bank wire transfers usually show in our account within 24 hours of transfer. except on weekends. Banks now require that any out of state certified checks. money orders and treasurers checks require 5 business days to clear. Please keep this in mind when considering pick up time. Once payment has been confirmed and cleared. our goal is to have your motorcycle/scooter ready within 2 business days. We will email or call you when the payment has cleared and again when the vehicle is ready to be shipped.

Title:

 This is a New Untitled Unit. Upon request. title can be issued only to California residents. buyer pays all registration fees on top of the auction final price. Buyers out of CA will receive the Certificate of Origin and a bill of sale. thus allowing you to register in your state of residence.  Residents of other states will pay applicable sales tax upon DMV registration.

ATTENTION CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS - This vehicle is equipped with California emissions. so you will be able to title and register it in California.
