2006 Triumph Daytona 675 sportbike motorcycle

This is my 2006 Triumph Daytona 675. Bought it as a backup bike while my primary bike was in the stop for an extended stay... It's in amazing condition, nd is totally up to date on all maintenance with all paperwork back to the original bill of sale:
-12,000 mile full service (including valve check and all fluids) just done in the last 60 days (less than a few hundred miles ago)
-Brand new front and rear tire in the last 60 days (less than a few hundred miles ago)
Upgrades
-Servo buddy (Exup valve motor removed, ncluded).
-BC comfort seat (original included)
-Triumph OEM rear seat cowl (original passenger seat included)
-Helibars (original clip ons included)
-Rear pegs removed (included)
Upgrades done by the last owner
-Arrow slip on exhaust and proper ECU map (ECU mapped checked by my mechanic)
It's in amazing condition! All documentation all the way back to 1st owner! Clean and clear title in hand. It needs absolutely nothing, uy it and drive it. The garage has become unruly--If I had the space, 'd keep it...
