Triumph Rocket 3 Classic Roadster

2005/6 Triumph Rocket 3 Classic. 27367 miles. vgc. fsh. recent MOT until Sept 2015. currently SORN* as insurance has run out so no current road tax either. Triumph fly screen. crash bars. sissy bar. chrome exhaust manifold covers. wheels have been refurbished. new tyres fitted approx. 1000 miles ago (last rear tyre did about 7000 miles). Also averages about 43 to 45 mpg. I was originally going to sell last spring but the ignition switch failed (documented problem on web R3 groups) but this has since been replaced (£500 cost) when the MOT was done (tank & side panel locks were also replaced - so same key fits all). Other than that. I have had no problems and the bike has been garaged and only used on weekend runs. It is currently kept trickle charged and starts up first time every couple of weeks. Only selling as I fancied a change after almost 6 years of reliable use and now have a BMW K1300s. I am the fourth owner (although it was pre-registered by Fowlers of Bristol). *NB update. Purchaser can buy their insurance on line and send it to me & I will buy the road tax at my local post office so they can collect and ride away. Viewing welcome.
