Triumph Sprint ST955i , 2002 , running but in need of some TLC

Hi . selling this Triumph sprint on behalf of my friend . I have known the bike for years and ridden along side this bike on many trips . as I had one as well . Triumph Sprint ST 955i . with triumph luggage . Triumph alarm with both remotes and 2 sets of keys . the speedo reads just under 43k  . The bike has no MOT or Tax and has been unused since last summer . The bike has some service history and a pile of receipts plus old mot's . The bike has always had any parts needed to keep it safe and running . I put a new chain and sprocket set on this bike 2 years ago . The bike also had a replacement alternator after a charging problem . These bikes are great tourers with the triumph luggage being very good and not to bulky . The rear rack is handy for tents etc . in the photo's a givi plate is fitted this is not included and will be removed before the sale . These sprints return good mpg and will cover around 200 miles on one tank of petrol . depending on the rider. Now the not so good bits . The bike has been dropped on the right hand side . shown in the photo's . slow speed he lost his balance at a junction . The rear exhaust can is popping makes an awful squeak/ popping sound . cheap to replace . he bike sometimes refuses to start . seems to be an intermittent electrical fault . It may need some new parts or may just be a broken wire . So is sold as seen with known faults . The bike is running fine at the moment . So a lot of bike for your money . would make a great tourer once its been sorted or spares repair .
