Triumph Bonneville T120 special project T120TT copy Flat track bike 650cc 1970

For sale is a Triumph T 120 Bonneville Project. The frame is an original 1969/1970 triumph 650cc frame complete with swing arm and subframe. Note swing arm and subframe are notFitted correctly just put in position for these pictures. The buyer can fit them correctly. The oil tank and side panel will come with the project. the oil tank is not shown in the picture but I have one. The petrol tank is an original 1968 Triumph 650 item.  The engine is a 650cc triumph 5 speed. The carbs will need a rebuild. The engine is not currently bolted into this frame again just fitted for the pictures. The outer covers are fitted to the drive side but the primary cover. clutch side will need fitting correctly. The engine looks to be in very good condition with new Pistons. These engines are very rare in this condition and can sell from £1000 up. The cost of a rebuild is now well into the £2000 pound area. This engine looks to have been rebuilt. So if you have a project needing a triumph engine and frame this could be the one for you.  This project could be built into a T120TT style bike. a flat tracker. or a steve McQueen scrambler!I have the original frame for the engine it is oil in frame type and has matching numbers and a V5. If you wereGoing to put the bike on the road the engine would have to be fitted to it. For off road use as in T120TT. flat track racer or scrambler the 1969/1970 frame is a lot better looking.
