Description

Restored 1974 T150V 750cc Trident with matching numbers and clean Arkansas title.   I sourced several parts from British Only Motorcycles & Parts Inc. with more than  $8k invested in these parts alone.   Engine & transmission were rebuilt from top to bottom per factory spec's. while retaining std. dia. cyl. bores.   Intake & exhaust valve seats lapped and clearances set to 0. 006" & 0. 008". respectively.   Original fuel tank was repainted with OEM spec. paint sourced from Don Hutchinson.   Original front fender shows some patina as do the original handlebar. handlebar risers and hand levers.   Frame. swingarm. center stand. side stand & rear brake stay painted black.   New OEM spec. fasteners used where feasible otherwise original and modern fasteners substituted as necessary.   All new oil hoses. Champion spark plug wires and NGK spark plugs.   New cloth-type wire harness (the high quality harness) with all new elec. components including the headlight. headlight bucket assy. . toggle switch. 12v coils. capacitor. regulator. turn signal relay. F&R turn signal assemblies. rear brake switch. tail light lense/bulb/reflector shield. Original Zener Diode. horns and switch cubes retained.   New wheels & spokes laced by Buchannan's with runout measurements recorded.   Front & rear hubs also polished by Buchannan's and fitted with new wheel bearings.   New Dunlop Roadmaster TT100's (same DOT date code F&R) with new tubes & rim straps.   New final drive sprocket & Reynolds final drive chain.   New head pipes. mufflers & exhaust flanges.   New front brake pads. master cylinder & reservoir. with new hard brake line. hose & fittings.   Front forks rebuilt with new inner fork tubes and 15w oil.   Rear shocks appear to be aftermarket but function well.   New seat from P&P Seating in the UK and new rear grab rail assembly fitted as well.   I'm probably missing a few details here so please reference the photographs and ask questions if you'd like additional information. Overall. I'm very proud of this fine machine and it's a very fine example of the '74 T150V.   It runs well and shifts up & down through all five gears.   This old Triumph has not been run in a few months so I expect some minor fiddling may be required to obtain a proper state of tune.   As with any old Triumph. it does leak a few drops of oil but that's it. nothing I'm concerned with.      I'm including hard copies of the factory service & parts manuals. two ignition keys. clear (open) Arkansas title and all my receipts. Additional high resolution photo's are available upon request; please be specific.   You are also welcome to call me at 704. 8seven9. 9396 if you have questions prior to bidding.    Good Luck!!!
