1971 Triumph Tiger TR6R - 650

Up for your consideration is my 1971 Triumph Tiger. I bought the bike in 1996 as a complete bike. In 1997 I completely disassembled it and had frame sand blasted and painted black.  Bike then reassembled with new wiring harness. nbsp;new rubber. new speedometer and tachometer. Tank and fenders professionally painted using factory paint to near stock pattern (white under badge and no fender striping).  Engine rebuilt by professional mechanic.  Carb professionally rebuilt 1998. Ridden regularly summers 1997 thru 2004. approximately 2000 miles. sparing since. Stored in winter in clean dry garage. tank removed cleaned and stored inside. Tires 3 years old with less than 100 miles. New factory seat cover in 2004. Frame and engine numbers do no match but have clean title to both numbers.  Bike is mostly stock. The only things not are: pipes (2 into 1 header pipes with very good sound); petcocks (have factory that will be included in sale); tail-light assembly (have non-chromed factory assembly that will be included in sale); side-stand (have factory that will be included in sale); not sure about handlebars. Speedo and tach not currently functioning but have new speedo drive and tach cables. just haven't installed (will be inciluded in sale). Frame paint has some wear. Rims in good condition.  Very small paint chip on tank (above right badge).  Will include factory parts and workshop manual with sale. Has always been a very good running bike. starts on first kick and shifts nice. Please email with any questions or concerns.
