Triumph T100c 500cc US flat tracker style 1965

This is a bike that started as a T100A project bought in bits then I rebuilt it as a T100c with the high level pipes. small headlight and alloy rims.

The bike was powder coated satin black to the frame and other parts then the tank and mudguards have a two tone maroon and gold finish. with new chrome badges - the bike is very pretty.

Wheels are new flanged alloy rims (wm3x18 and wm2x19) with stainless spoke. new Dunlop K70s. new bearings. shoes and cables.

Engine has new bearings. seals. rebore to +40. reground crank. new valves and guides. some gaerbox parts replaced. new clutch plates and primary chain. fitted longer TR5T kickstart and new carb.

Electics are Electrex self generation CDI ignition and batteryless light. New Lucas rear light. seat painted and covered. alloy rear no. plate.

Forks have new bushes. seal and stanctions. shocks are new. chain and sprockets are new. new 'western' bars. recon speedo.

Silencers are stainless VW mufflers that sound great.

I've spent loads of time and money on it but the customer (my wife) would now like a smaller bike (hey ho).

Mot'd till April 2015 and tax exempt.   Done about 500 miles since build.
