Mid-sixties Triumph frame with a bolt on hard tail that is stretched six inches and dropped two and one half inches. Engine although the engine is a T140 it is assembled with 650 cc components and a four speed transmission. Sludge tube has been cleaned. New rod bearings and crank bearings. Cylinder was bored . 020 with new pistons and fitted with U. S. A made rings. Head is resurfaced and valves ground. Twin 32mm Mikuni carburetor's with new gaskets and needle and seats they are jetted with #25 pilot #200 main jets 2. 5 cut away and 6D needles in the past this set up has worked well. I have some cool looking Aluminum velocity stacks I can put on instead of the air filters but the greatly shorten engine life due to low filtration of them. All gaskets used in assembly are made in U. S. A. Boyer Branson electronic ignition. new Tampana regulator. Four fuses protect the electrical system. Aftermarket rocker boxes have E-Z valve adjustment plugs for setting valve clearance. Engine starts the first kick and kicks so easy your mom could start it. Transmission shifts smooth. Battery is a sealed Gell cell. Engine cases are polished to satin finish. New Formula tire on Rear and a New Bridgestone on the front both raised white letter. Headlight is a old single element Bucyrus Erie quarry crane. Rear tail and brake light is made from brass opera binoculars. Rear fender is a 1936 Ford spare tire cover. Fuel tank is new manufacture fitted with the six pack rack. Garden gate badges are new but fit about like all Asian badges do. Tool box is a shortened 81mm mortar canister. Some pictures show a Indiana Jones WWII gas mask bag on the left side. Two Tabs are welded to the frame for easy install or removal of the bag. Bag is held on with two pins fasted to the fabric and then two hair pins installed to secure bag to the frame. The bag can be stowed inside the mortar tube. The bag is kind of nice if you have to stop and pick something up like nerve pills at the pharmacy for the wife because you are driving such a machine. Behind the headlight is a ammunition storage pouch for documents or whatever. Front end is a H-D narrow glide fitted with Timken style bearings in the neck. New cables and levers operate mechanical brakes and carburetors. No messy brake fluid to leak on this model. No signal lights or speedometer. Clear Pa. title. Paint on the frame and engine covers is Black Hot Rod Flatz urethane. Tank and fender paint is DuPont Base coat Clear coat. Rims and hubs are DuPont double jet black. The orange pinstripe is 3M 1/16" tape. If you don't like the color I can paint it a color to your liking for additional cost. I recently completed this bike and have ridden it about 100 miles. It's fun to ride and people seem to like its appearance by the number of question asked about it. It runs very well and goes down the highway straight. It has some odd stuff on it but I build what I like and if it does not sell at least I don't have to look at something in the shop I don't like. As I always do I encourage bidders to get a appraisal of the bike. The reason is My Brother bought a 37 Ford on the internet and when it was delivered it was not the car that had been in the pictures. Do not hesitate to ask questions. Thanks.
