2004 Triumph 955i Daytona Centennial

Welcome to the auction of my 955 Daytona which I have owned since 2007. It is the Special Edition of only 100 made to celebrate 100 years of Triumph motorcycles and isfinished in Metallic Aston Green with Carbon Fibre infil panels. These Centennial models arebecoming scarce and should prove to be a sought after investment !I have replaced the standard plastic chainguard with a Carbon Fibre chainguard / hugger unitand added an Acumen Electronic Gear Indicator and a 'Laminar Lip' streamlining attachmentto the screen which effectively reduces buffeting. Apart from these very useful additions thebike is standard and in superb mechanical condition having covered just 10600 miles from new. It is MOT'd until 20th March 2015 and comes with two keys and two alarm remotes. Tyres areexcellent. the rear BT21 having done only 600 miles. and a new battery was fitted in Marchthis year. This bike is a truly great sports / tourer. It is well behaved in town. happy to whiffle along atsightseeing speeds and always anxious to lengthen its stride as a mile eater - drop down acouple of gears and it's a rocket ship !! Most of the miles I have done on this bike have been onthe continent. but at 72 I have decided to go smaller ( and slower ! ). There are a few minor blemishes but overall the condition and appearance is very good.
