Hi and welcome to the sale of my trusted steed - my Triumph Tiger 1050 ABS which is in SE spec **which I have now reduced in price by ??300 from ??5. 90 to ??5. 90**The bike has virtually every optional extra from Triumph: factory ABS brakes. factory fitted 2 stage heated grips. hand guards. a Scottoiler. a Triumph Datatool alarm and immobiliser. nbsp; full Triumph colour coded luggage. and a centre stand. The bike is in great condition. but not concourse - I'd give it an 8 out of 10. It has been used for what it is supposed to be used for - touring. Therefore the components such as the luggage show signs of being taken on and off (there are some scuffs to the black plastic on the underside and 3 light scratches to 2 of the coloured inserts). There are some surface rust spots on the chain from when my Scottoiler ran out and I didn't realise (the chain and sprockets are 2. 00 miles old so still thousands of miles left in them). There are 2 spots of slight paint bubbling on the rear alloy wheel that are the size of a 1 penny piece. There is a small 2mm chip to the paint on the left hand side fairing that has been touched up and you would need to look closely to see it. There is light bubbling to some of the black paint on the lower side of the left hand engine casing. And there are some scratches from a magnetic tank bag that were there from when I bought it. I have listed all of the above 'defects' as a matter of honesty - but please be assured that all mentioned scuffs/marks etc are not obvious to the naked eye - they are small and will require you to look closely for them (with exception to the tank bag scratches which are more noticeable when you are on the bike) and they certainly don't detract from what is otherwise a lovely example of this bike. I have taken photos that will hopefully show a good and fair reflection of the bike. but please message me and I can send lots more photos if you need. Aside from the aforementioned blemishes - the bike looks wonderful and is testament to the care and the maintenance put into it. All spare keys / spare alarm fobs / codes / receipts / service books & stamps / manuals etc are all present (nothing missing). The bike has covered only 15. 49 miles from new and has had every service performed on time and at the correct mileage at Triumph dealers - the service history is complete with receipts of work carried out and all stamps in the service book. The last service was performed 2. 00 miles ago at the end of last summer. The next service will be due at the end of next summer. or in 4. 00 miles whichever comes first. The tyres are Michelin Angel ST (which are fantastic sport touring tyres by the way) and both have loads left in them and won't need changing for a good 4. 00 - 5. 00 miles. The rear brake pads were changed last week with some some new Ferrodo sintered pads. As already mentioned. the chain and sprockets are 2. 00 miles old and have plenty of life left. A brand new Yuasa battery was fitted 3 weeks ago. Everything works as it should and it really wants for nothing - it is ready to take out on the open road. Please get in touch if you would like any more information on the bike or would like to arrange a viewing. The bike is HPI clear. but please feel free to do your own checks / have an inspection performed etc. I am in no rush to sell. but equally the bike hasn't been ridden at all over summer (hence replacing the battery!) - and I've decided that I could probably do something more useful with the money that the bike owes me. Please feel free to ask questions and make an offer. but nothing silly - I know what the bike is worth and will wait until someone is willing to pay it. And whoever does will get a cracking bike. Many thanks for looking.
