Triumph 3ta bathtub Unfinished project PLEASE READ FULL LISTING.

Triumph 3TA 1958 unfinished project. I am reluctantly selling this lovely 3ta project due to lack of funds. It came to me with no V5 or number plate. I did try to obtain the original registration but DVLA couldn't find it. DVLA have sent me the necessary paperwork for it to be registered and given an age related plate. this costs ??55. I have also obtained a dating certificate from the Vintage motorcycle owners club which confirms date of manufacture as 1958.  Engine number 3TA H126**. (1959)Frame number H47**. (1958) The tins were painted when I got it (see pictures taken before the tins were sent for priming). the paint wasn't in very good condition so I have had them put back into primer. They are in good order. solid and not dented but will need further preparation before the final colour is applied. The bike is in pieces awaiting rebuilding and finishing. The bike has had a lot of new parts. most of these parts are still in plastic bags never fitted.  as follows. Wheels with new rims (rebuilt before I got it)I was told that the rims are stainless but I cant confirm that. stainless spokes and hubs refinished in black.  Avon tyres.  Seat . never taken from its plastic.  Handlebars.  Brake and clutch levers.  Throttle. Horn switch / dip beam. Chrome flashes for the nacelle and new rubbers. Tank badges. Chrome trims for the tank badges. Chrome tank center strip. Tank rack.  Headlight with rim. Headlight to nacelle adaptor. Wiring harness. Speedo cable. HT leads. Distributor boot. Seat hinges. Seat opening catch. Gear lever. Kickstart.  Stoplight switch. Bearing in mind that a seat would cost about ??150. and that chrome rims with stainless spokes are on here for ??175 each + postage  (unbuilt without hubs) there is a lot of money saved already in parts alone !!!! I checked prices of new wheels. seat and the other new parts on here and it soon reached ??900 without the cost of the tyres !There are also a number of old parts included such as tank rubbers. coil. carb and distributor bits. foot rests. front and rear number plate holders. rear light. second headlight. chain guard. ide stand. exhaust clamps etc. Two old silencers are included. one has a hole but may repair they are old but probably good enough to rechrome. or new ones can be found easily enough. The engine is complete but I have not heard it running. it turns over and appears to have compression and comes on the stand you see in the pictures. Things I know are missing are. No Front pipes. No Speedo. No Ammeter. No ignition / light switch. No final drive chain.  Basically what you see in the pictures is what you get !This is a nice clean easy to complete restoration that when done could be worth ??3000 to ??4000. Update. I have been contacted by Rich from the Triumph owners club. he has had the frame number off me and has said that he is pretty sure he can trace the original reg number through their records. His question is added to the listing which contains his contact number so the winning bidder can contact him if they wish. The club charges ??60 to find the reg and will supply documentation which DVLA will accept.
