1972 Triumph T100R Tiger Daytona 500

This vintage 1972 Triumph Daytona 500 has been beautifully restored by Kenny "the Head Chicken" Heuser.   Engine and frame numbers match. see photos.   This bike runs great and is fast.   Motor and carbs have been rebuilt and any necessary transmission parts replaced.   Less than 100 miles on rebuilt engine. odometer reading including original mileage is 3. 66. 3.   Includes new Boyer electronic ignition. new exhaust. new battery with original rubber battery cover. new seat (have original seat also). new headlight and rear tail light assembly. and new original Dunlop tires.   Completely repainted Fire Red.   Clear California title and current registration.   Tires are new and original for this bike with very minor checking due to storage over the years.   Rims have minor pitting.   RPM gauge is not working.   Have estimate for complete rebuild of RPM gauge with odometer for $350 including new glass and bezels.   Flip switch on left side of handlebar is chipped.   New horn works intermittently. push button assembly may be defective but is inexpensive to replace.   Oil tank and matching side tank were left original and have minor cracking in paint. see photo.   After riding you might see a couple drops of oil which Kenny said is normal for this bike by design. I bought this bike from a friend in its original condition.   I rebuilt it with Kenny Heuser's help and he personally put the bike together.   All parts were obtained through his Triumph shop.   The bike has been stored in a climate controlled warehouse and I just don't have time to ride it.   It's ready to ride and needs only a few minor items to make it perfect.   NADA Guides appraisal at Very Good condition is $6. 75. 00.
