2008 TRIUMPH THRUXTON 900 CUSTOM CAFE RACER WITH CARBURETORS

Thruxton 900 Cafe Racer. Looks like a crotch-rocket from the 60's. but make no mistake: this is a modern. very light and very fast motorcycle. Black with gold pin stripes. A 2008 model. the last year they made them with carburetors of the real kind (nowadays Thruxtons have fake carbs to hide the EFI). 25. 00 miles. Lots of top-of-the-line aftermarket parts make this a very different beast than the stock model. If you are looking for a no-bullshit bike that's rare (why would you ride a Harley. everybody rides a Harley?) and a tad obnoxious. look no further. this one's for you! Some of the special features: -D&D 2-in-1 full system race exhaust: extra mean sound and lots of power! ($ 660)-Titanium exhaust wrap -British Customs Airbox removal kit -British Customs Rear fender eliminator kit -Outputs around 90 HP -Ohlin piggyback rear shock absorbers ($ 900) -Clip-on aluminum handlebars -ASV levers -Halogen high-power front light -Kellerman turn signals (rear) -Low-profile fuel cap-NB sprocket cover etc. etc. Highly customizable as you can easily replace the Keihins with FCR race carbs (an extra USD 900. check-out the British Customs website!). which is impossible with EFI bikes. This would boost power to over 100 HP. Always kept in a garage. hasn't spent a night outside. I live in the desert in Southern California so rust is not a problem. The bike has always run on premium gas and Amsoil motorcycle oil. If I weren't moving overseas I would not sell it!
