1967 Triumph T100R

For sale is my 1967 Triumph T100R

this is a us spec bike in good condition with a lot of new parts:

including: re-bore. pistons. rings. all bearings. rotor. stator. clutch. regulator/rectifier. stainless steel mudguards. stainless steel rear wheel (rim and spokes). stanchions. oil seal holders. exhaust. seat. lights. gearbox main shaft with 1st & 3rd gears. nbsp;

there is probably more cant remember but there is a folder of receipts

this bike was imported in 2001 by the previous owner (in bits) and I bought it from him and built it up its on a 67 plate (F) but would be a 68 model year when it was for sale new. the dating certificate from the vmcc lists it as a build date as sep 1967.

This IS a MATCHING NUMBER MACHINE. nbsp;and it runs well. The new tyres are Metzeler endure 3 4. 00/18 rear and Pirelli scorpion 90/90/19 front. The rear light is a genuine Lucas but front is a Patten as is the clocks and seat. The front wheel is still the original Dunlop as the chrome was nice so I left it but would look better with stainless steel spokes and the hub painted.

This is a fun bike to ride. t pulls well and all gears select as it should (gearbox has just had a new main shaft and 3 gears) the brakes are good and original  most people do fit the later TLS brakes which work much better                               

the mot runs until feb 15th 2015 and is tax exempt but the current disk runs until 31/1/15. the bike is in my name and although the V5 says I have owned it since feb this year I have actually owned it for 2 years. I also have the USA Title from the state of New Hampshire 

The paint is not original as it would of been  aquamarine over silver but I didn't like it so painted it green and white
