Triumph Legend TT 900 Deluxe, New MOT, Low Milage

Triumph Legend TT Deluxe 900cc. 2001 Welcome to the listing of my Legend TT. I have owned the bike for the last couple of years and prior to that my dad owned it from nearly new. The bike has covered just 19. 65 miles and is in an average to good condition for its age and year. I bought the bike. with the intention of turning it into a 'Cafe Racer Style'. however with work and family i never had the time. The bike has just passed its MOT and has brand new front & back tyres (Pirelli ). The bike has been stored in my workshop. and has had very little use in the last year. prior to that my dad had the bike and just before i bought the bike off him. it was given a full service at Triumph and had new front brake pads and discs. The various chrome parts on the bike. wheels. and indicator brackets have some rust and pitting on them. these could do with being sent off to be re chromed. The folks have some areas on them where the lacquer has deteriorated. although these can easily be flattened back and polished up again. The general paint work on the bike is in very good condition and looks amazing in the cardinal red. The bike just needs a good clean really. This is the Legend TT De Luxe model. which are much rarer than the standard Legend TT's. I am selling the bike. due to the fact that we are moving away to Guernsey in a couple of weeks and with a 30mph speed limit on the Island and no garage it really does not make sense to keep the bike. These are very well built and good looking bikes. and with resale prices only rising they are an excellent modern day classic. I will list the good and bad points. Good Points. Only 19. 65 Miles Overall good condition Excellent engine and gearbox New Brakes New Pirelli Tyres Serviced Less Than 500 miles ago New MOT Datatool Evo Alarm/Immobiliser Deluxe Model Great looking bike. that is genuine and has been well serviced and looked after.

Has geniune Triumph wind shield fitted. although easily removed as on some of the pictures. Bad Points Wheels have pitting and rust marks ( see pic) Front Fender has a rust bubble under the paint (see pic) Some of the chrome parts have pitting Would benefit from a few of the various bolts on the bike being replaced. due to rusty bolt heads. (Very easy and cheap to do so. ) I have tried to be as accurate as possible and viewing of the bike is welcome.  Also forgot to mention that i fitted a new Starter motor brush and back plate set last week. as the old brushes where becoming worn. The starter motor now works perfectly and should give many years problem free starting. This required me to drain the coolant. so the bike also has fresh coolant and antifreeze.
