Triumph Scrambler 2013 Matt Graphite

This is my Triumph Scrambler.  I am selling her to fund the acquisition of a bigger adventure bike. for a tour.   It is a garaged weekend toy that I use for day trips and seen dry miles only.  I keep her on a trickle charger.    Ordered brand new from Triumph Birmingham last June (registered June 8th 2013) and has a factory warranty that runs 24 months. so until June 2015.  The Scrambler has a 270 degree crank. to give it low down grunt however with the Arrow fitted. and the baffle out. you do get a noticeable boost in pick up.  Factory/dealer options fitted (+ ?1220 cost);- Arrow exhaust pipe.  Awesome deep sound. and it has a removable baffle.  ?750. - OEM Sump guard.  ?100 - OEM Headlamp mesh.  ?75- OEM single seat with fitted luggage rack (I've subsequently removed the rack).  ?295The bike is on standard Bridgestone Trailwings. and has had its first service at Triumph Birmingham. It's a great bike however I immediately set about looking to tweak it. mainly for looks.  Further modifications;*  New 'Maundspeed' indicators and rear Lucas style light.  Machined from billet aluminium.  Great quality. bought direct from California.  Tidies up the both ends and replaces the horrible cheap plastic lights.          There are cheaper versions out there but these are the best.  *  New 'TEC' piggy-back shock absorbers (the standard ones are dreadful. these make a huge difference).  Lots of expensive options but these get great reviews and I agree with them. * Custom aluminium chequer plate (cut and machined to size) to replace the rear rack (fitted using the same bolt holes. not permanent).  Looks ace (to me).   You could leave it. or spray it black. or put the         rack back on. or the original seat - the choice is yours!*  Black 'Renthal' MX bars and handlebar offset risers - gives a more off roady stance. higher with a wider sweep.    I used to trail ride so this is my preference. however the angle is adjustable and of course they can be changed back. *  Gnarly aluminium fuel filler cap.  Possibly the most beautiful petrol cap in the world and worthy of it's own website.  *  LSL aluminium front sprocket cover.  *  Bar end mirror *  Machined black aluminium clutch and brake levers*  Rear peg blanks*  Rectifier and horn moved from from front forks to frame (using British Customs plate) - see photo. looks far neater. *  Knee tank pads removed. for looks. I also have a replacement front sprocket. with an extra tooth. that will give her a little more range on each gear.  Not fitted and it will go with the bike.  I have all the original parts (seat. tank pads. rear pegs. levers. fuel cap. exhaust. nbsp;mirrors. handlebars. indicators. rear light. nbsp;shocks) and the bike can easily be returned to stock if that's your fancy.  I am offering the bike  'as is '. nbsp;because based on the feedback I get these styling tweaks have added to the bike.  ALL THE ORIGINAL PARTS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS SALE. This bike new today is ?8900 with the Triumph bits I ordered.  I've then spent another few hundred on the bits and bobs.  It has a nice number plate. with 'EXP' (explorer?)  Bad bits?  There's a small scratch on the back of the single seat plastic moulding. that's about it.  The bike gets a lot of positive comments when I'm out and about. and is a real head-turner.  I've never seen one like it.  It's kept in my garage and I'm a fair-weather rider.  I have all the paperwork. spare key. Datatag info and a nice black A4 size Triumph wallet that everything goes in. If you want to come and look at it I'm in Lichfield. Staffordshire.  Check out my feedback.
