1967 1971 Triumph 650 custom Hartz Bros stock series T120R TR6R TR6C

This is the next in the "stock series" line of Triumph 650 motorcycles that we are doing. This one was built on a mint 1967 T120R frame. then we installed a completely rebuilt 1971 engine. The sludge tube cleaned. new rods/main bearings installed. 20 over Pistons. hepolite rings. new valves/springs. Highly polished engine covers. new clutch and primary chain. Also the transmission plunger upgrade was done to ensure crisp shifting. New Amal 930 carb. Wassell electronic ignition. Tympanium regulator. sealed battery. new rims laced with new SS spokes and new Dunlop K70's. . new barnett cables. Uk made levers. ew handlebars. new exhaust header pipes. clamps and mufflers. New rear shocks. New repop grey top seat with new hinges. new rear fender mounts. new stainless steel fenders. gorgeous original 67 parcel rack tank painted in correct mist green. fenders would have been painted on the original bike but the ss fenders look better. New correct complete rear taillight. new headlight bucket. completely rebuilt forks with new tubes. bushings. seals. seal holders. boots. ears and powder coated trees and lowers. Tapered neck bearings. folding footrests (rare). Few flaws here and there. one small nick on the tank. a small repair was done on the side cover. oil tank was chromed at one point but was stripped and powder coated low gloss black along with the side cover.
