1973 Triumph Daytona 500cc motorcycle, restored. Classic red.

 Restored 73 Triumph Daytona. Motorcycle was completely stripped and powder coated. painted. rechromed and rebuilt. This unit turned out to be in worse condition than I thought when I bought it. hence it has been blessed with mostly new parts. All cables. rubber parts. tires. speedo. tac. headlight shell and wiring were replaced.   The seat was rebuilt. Electrics have been updated and a electronic ignition is installed.   Six volt coils were installed in the 12 volt system for hotter spark. I give it one prime kick. turn the key on and the next kick it is running. The engine and transmission were rebuilt at Morrie's Place in Illinois. The gas tank looks better than in the pictures. finished off with a good clear coat. It took five years and twelve thousand dollars to bring this bike back to where I wanted it. It is a very pleasant bike to ride. It is light and responsive with lots of torque. I have taken this Triumph to four different shows and have gotten awards at three of them. Picture number two is before Daytona decal was added.   The last picture is what I started with. A clear title is in hand. All monetary transactions will be completed before the motorcycle will be released for shipping.
