Therefore. you will need to buy your own correct battery. 1973 Triumph TR7RV Tiger-In 1971. Triumph made a major change in the design of their motorcycles. The 1971 now carried oil in the frame.   It was built much “taller” than the 1970 and lost some of it’s great styling and handling characteristics. The design carried through the 1972 model year.   Finally. in 1973. Triumph built a motorcycle that remedied many of the design flaws and. once again. produced an outstanding product.   This 1973 Tiger is a clean. relatively low mileage example of the classic British motorcycle.   It is smooth running. handles well. It’s in very good mechanical and cosmetic condition.   The engine has had a “top end” rebuild. so. should be a great rider for years to come.   It’s single carb makes it easy to tune up!  It’s one of the best buys in the market and will only go up in value.   This is a great bike to start with. rider or restoration (a good example to add to the collection!).   This 1973 Triumph Tiger won’t disappoint you!
