Vintage Vespa GTR 125cc 1971

Vintage Vespa GTR 1971 125cc. Not currently running but shouldn't take much to get it back on the road.  Started having issues starting because I wasn't using it and I've sadly neglected it. What was a beautiful respray has started to go rusty because the cover keeps blowing off. so it's in need of a loving home.  She was a great. reliable runner when I lived in London and used it everyday for commuting.  It was off the road for about 5 years in a garage but got her back on the road when I brought it down to Brighton.  I haven't really any need to drive it here though and so she's been sat on the side of the road since last March.

I've added some more pictures detailing the areas that have rust on it.  I am concerned that bids are being placed without seeing it and I don't want it to be sold and then you change your mind afterwards.  Please be sure you understand it is not currently running and is not currently housed in a garage. so it has developed a bit of rust from the sea air.
