VESPA SCOOTER 150CC VVB 1963 ITALIAN UNFINISHED EASY PROJECT MOSTLY DONE REFURB I bought the scooter to finish it and have some fun but i just have not had the time. The guy i bought it off has had it resprayed but the paint hasn't keyed in on the inside of the leg guards the rest is ok.   The cables are all run just need connecting the engine is new and has been completely overhauled. plenty of receipts.   It has been dated by the Vespa club of great Britain as 1963 and an Italian bike (not the cheap indian models) it has a chrome baggage rack and new seats chrome handle grips. It should be a pretty easy project for someone and a great looking scooter at the end of it. There is a box of parts and bits and pieces to go with it  the trim around the scooter is not well done but passable i would redo not sure why it was done this way but hey.   Please dont offer me silly money i am not desperate to get rid of it.
