Vespa (Douglas) Super 150 1972

Ok Where to start. I brought this lovely little scooter about a month ago from a lovely couple who had it stored away.

It is a 1972 Vespa (Douglas) Super 150 8" wheels with lots of charming extras. Red and Cream. more English White.

After checking the scooter over I realised it needed a bit doing to get it up to scratch.

 All done it passed its MOT Saturday with not as much as a single advisory.

Scooter rides lovely with plenty of grunt from the 149cc engine. smooth through the gears and stops on a sixpence.

Tyres are good. 3 in 1 rear carrier and footrest plus spare wheel.  

Historic Vehicle ( Made before January 1974 so FREE road tax ( Although you must still apply )

Taking into account this is a 43 yr old scooter its in amazing condition. 6v points ignition system with two stroke mix.

Scooter can be a little temperamental to start but always starts then runs perfectly.

Bad points. a couple of small scratches/chips just age related. ( See Photos )

Any Inspection/viewing welcomed during auction and all questions answered as honestly as I can.

No Test rides without full asking price in my hand and proof of insurance (sorry). Will ride it up the road in front of you.
