 Just to clear up any confusion the registration MEG 31 is a desirable number for any scooter loving person. I am not selling the number as a stand alone number. it is attached to the Vespa. The registration document states it is non transferable. It comes with three logbooks. including the original buff logbook confirming its pedigree. should you wish to pursue availability with DVLA.
