1978 VESPA (GTR, Sprint) SILVER

Here I have for sale my much loved Vespa GTR (Sprint). The scooter is in great. original condition. the only imperfections being cosmetic- The paint work has seen better days. admittedly. but if you are craving the 'vintage' look. this is the scooter for you. These scooters are as rare as hens teeth. especially in original condition. I recently had the scooter Fully serviced and MOT'd (October 2014). where the scooter was kitted out with new break shoes and new carburetor- She now starts first or second kick. and runs very well.  I bought the scooter from an enthusiast around 2 years ago. and she has spent much of that time in my parents garage. nbsp;occasionally being brought out of hibernation for a run around on sunny days. The previous owner first registered the scooter in the UK in 2004 (as stated on the V5)- I am told that she originates from Bologna. Italy.
