vespa vespino 49cc moped spanish import 99p start no reserve

Vespa vespino spanish import mot june . tax has to be surrendered under new rules it is ?17 for the year. can be driven on a car licence if you passed before 2000. Spare engine ( untested ) and wheels. I have only rode it round the estate twice since mot. Cannot change listing but ebay have informed me I am breaking their rules by saying item is for sale on other media I dont think autotrader have the same rules. So this item is not for sale on other media for ?600 but can be put on a buy it now for ?600 so ebay can get more money. happy new year.
