Fair Condition - Nowhere to Store It

Mechanically in great condition.
New Mitzeler tires and oil change by Victory dealer put on in November, 015.
No recorded accidents.
Right side handle bar and brake lever bent. I left the bike in first gear, eft the choke in, aw a girl I new running, ismounted from the bike forgot the bike was in first gear and the bike took off for 10 meters. Everything else in great condition. Rode it a few times afterwards.
Pipes have burnt on nylon on them from my pervious motorcycle pants.
Reason for selling is because I lost the extra garage spot in my condominium building - someone moved in and I cannot work on it outside due to condo rules. I also hate storing it outside.
Some corrosion due to the lapse in time in between me getting a cover and losing the garage spot.
