Hi & welcome to my auction for this very special yamaha r1. It has the wsbk spec factory fairings (carbon fibre) with the large intakes & carbon fibre brackets. FTR underseat fuel tank with dummy cover. FTR swingarm with a wsbk spec factory linear linkage & ohlins ttx with a 12kg spring. It also has ohlins r&t forks with 10. 75 springs. Both front & rear shock were rebuilt by Pete Clifford (actiforce) last may. It has a IRC traction control system fitted with launch control & anti wheelie. The ecu has been unlocked & mapped to suit the full evo Akrapovic exhaust & large intakes with a k&n race filter. The quickshift also works via the ecu & is set per gear & rev. It has factory rear sets with aftermarket master cylinder. There are a few other carbon fibre bits such as the front mudguard & the wsbk spec rear hugger. It has also had a recent gpr steering damper fitted. There are a set of pre tech front 6 pit calipers fitted & coupled to a brembo 19/20 ratio master cylinder. There are probably loads more things that I have forgotten as this really is a one off machine & always gathers a crowd. I have owned this bike from 4 months old & it was my local dealers demonstrator before. I could put this bike back to road trim & sell the bits for more but I would rather have the pleasure of seeing it at a track day. I'm only selling as I've ordered a 2015 r1. Spec.
