YAMAHA FZR400 3EN1 PROJECT BIKECAN BE SEEN RUNNING - NOT COMPLETE - V5 PRESENT - SORNedProject bike of the 3EN1 modelThis is NOT a 1WG and has an ally frame (steel sub-frame of course). Yes we do know the difference and this one does have the welded-on paddock stand bobbles on the swing arm and the steering damper. It was a display bike somewhere for a while and was bought for spares for another 3EN1 that had been smashed up on the track. As such the only plastics that remain are either smashed / missing or in poor nick.  The tank cover isn't too bad (pictured). the rest you can rifle through if you like but I think you can buy the Chinese fairing kits for these now. We've also robbed the exhaust. one of the hoover tubes. the clocks a brake disc and I think the generator cover. Don't ask me what the mileage was I have no idea. It does come with a set of exhaust headers as pictured although they are in the usual condition for age and one of the headers has three small holes near the manifold. Can be seen running if required. engine sounds good. What you see is what you get. tidied up this makes a very sharp tool for track or real road heroism (very flattering to the rider). I don't know if this qualifies for the New Era or whatever racing class it is now but it must be either there or a year or two off. Please no barrage of silly questions - if you've seen the pictures and read the description you pretty much know about as much about this particular bike as I do.  No apparent leaks.
