Learner legal. rought this for my Grandson at Xmas off a guy who had it from new. ut hadn't ridden it since 2012. nd it has been garaged till we purchased it. Had it serviced and MOTed today. no advisories. Starts first time either electric or manual. ires are like new. fter market exhaust fitted.
