Yamaha Thunderace YZF 1000 Reluctant sale of my beloved Thunderace YZF1000.   12827miles see MOT certsThe Thunderace has a bullet proof engine speaks for itself being the forerunner to the R1. nbsp;I will keep this description short and Honest. The bike starts first time. hot and cold weather with no problems. It has an manual coke and goes extremely well. Not thrashed and ridden by a mature riderMOT expires in March 2015 although the bike will sail through with no issues may consider putting it through its MOT depending on the selling price. as you can see from the last MOT I have done very little mileage. The bike is currently taxed until 31/03/2015 It has some service history with old MOT certificates to confirm miles done. owners hand book. tool kit. Money has been spent on re-gearing and both new sprockets and been changed for quicker acceleration. Dunlop Road smart 2 which have plenty of tread on front and back Tyre's and have not done many miles.  The Ex-up valve has been cleaned and works as it should. carburettors balanced and all cables adjusted. suspension set up and checked out. braided brake hoses front and rearExtras:- Iridium screen- Red bar end weights- K+N air and oil filters- Iridium plugs- Fender extender- Carbon fibre rear hugger- Arrow carbon fibre exhaust (no baffle)- Crash Bugs- Mini indicators- Indicator beeper- Upgraded head light bulbs- Data Tagged- Spersprox chan and sprocket kit- Red braided brake hoses The bike has the odd scratches here and there as you would expect of a bike of this age I have tried to show on the pictures with the worst of the scratches the main one being just below the screen in the black area.
