This Quad is not Road registered        InformationENGINE A durable air/oil cooled 249cc four-stroke single overhead cam engine pumps out plenty of smooth power with a strong focus on mid-range torque for ease of use and awesome trail performance. ELECTRIC START Convenient push-button electric start works in any gear for easy operation. AIR FILTER Washable foam air filter is reusable and provides excellent filtering qualities.  TRANSMISSION Power is pushed through a close-ratio. manual 5-speed transmission to the wheels. BRAKES The hydraulic brakes get cross drilled rotors both front and back for awesome stopping power. And features a toggle link-type parking brake lever with auto-adjust feature that keeps maintenance to a minimum. WHEELS AND TIRES The Raptor 250 runs specially designed Dunlop radials for awesome cornering and can tackle an array of terrain conditions. They're mounted on matte black aluminium rims with a rolled edge for added durability.  OIL COOLER for additional cooling capacity Valve timing set for low- and mid-range powerDUAL 30 WATT HALOGEN HEADLIGHTS for improved visibility Aluminium NERF BARS providing a safety net for feet so they do not slip off foot pegs and gives the quad a aggressive stance Complete with both Keys.      The Vehicle Itself This is a brilliant example of a 2011 Yamaha YFM250 Raptor due to its outstanding condition and its low usage. The quad was purchased by myself when it was brand new from Buxton Yamaha Quad and off road centre and I have owned it ever since. It has never been tampered with but has always been maintained with new oil. filters. etc. The quad has been kept in a clean. dry garage the whole time I have owned it so has no major weathering to the plastics or chassis. however it does have the everyday usage scratches on the plastics and small areas of rust on a few nuts and bolts. This quad has had no major usage from race courses or jumps as it only been used for personal use in fields and on private land therefore it has never experienced any major crashes.  The YFM250 is a smooth running but powerful ATV which is ideal for racing or just for personal use. furthermore this quad is also able to become road legal if you wish to ride it on the road. The quad runs perfectly and has a electric start. a new battery has just been fitted. ensuring that it starts first time. The overall mechanics are sound and there are no electrical issues with the quad. Both front and rear lights work and the quads performance is undoubted. The quad has been maintained to the highest standard and has been fitted with high quality aluminium Nerf bars with black netting. these compliment the ATV and make it easier to ride through corners. They also make it safer to ride. The model is a rare model as it has original satin black aluminium wheels and white plastics.  Overall it is in excellent condition ( as you can see by the photos) with the usual signs of usage but has been very well looked after unlike others on the market. It is also a great quad as it has been kept factory stock so would be ideal for enhancing its performance to go into racing.
