2x Bikes Yamaha YZF400 1998. 999 1x Road legal. 1x MotocrossHad the first motocross bike for about 5yrs and have not ridden it in about 3yrs. The bikes just had new UFO plastics new chain. prockets. oil. oil filter. air filter and fork seals done. I have also had the carb cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner with shims done and valve clearances checked. I have tested the bike this weekend and done one lap of a track & trail event just to check all is working properly. The bike has a slight tare in the seat but very minor. The bike starts within 2/3 kick from cold and from thereafter 1st kick everytime. The First 6 picture are of this bike. I bought the second bike as my mates talked me into making a supermoto but i have not got the time with 3 small children and the time i do have free i would like to use riding. The second YZF400 is road registered with V5 Present and all frames numbers match. The bike needed work so the idea was to strip it powder coat the frame etc and use the running bike as the donor for the supermoto but like i said time is against me and i don`t have it. The bike has no head but the bottom end is not seized and is free to move. Its sat in oil at the moment to keep everything good. The bike also has some new maxxis road legal enduro tyres and a trailtech speedo. The bike also included a clarke oversized enduro fuel tank. Between the 2 you could create a road legal enduro or supermoto without much effort. The wheels are good and you basically have 2 of everything. Just needs someone with time and they can create what they wishI`m 100% honest in my ebay listings and have sold many road bikes and motocross bikes without any problems. For questions asked there is 1 running bike which is fine and the second bike ( road legal one )is a non runner which does need parts!!!
