Vehicle overview: Hi here from my personal collection is a 1998 Yamaha YN50 NEO'S 50 Air Cooled 50cc 2-stroke automatic learner legal scooter/ moped. Very popular scooter at the moment. small/ light and easy to control and ride. Very nice top quality scooter from Yamaha. This scooter is in ok to good condition for its year and has only covered 13786 miles from new. I have refurbished the bike and getting it ready for it's next owner. This scooter has the air cooled carburettor engine which is far more reliable than the liquid cooled scooters on the market and has and will achieve around 120mpg. This scooter is de-restricted and will ride to just over around 45MPH on the clock which is REALLY good for one of these scooters. Starts easily via electric start or by the kick-start and runs very well. Engine has not been messed with and is in standard form. Has a new exhaust system fitted. Sold with a new 12 month TAX receipt* and a new 12 months MOT so can be ridden away! Comes with key. new 12 months MOT certificate. new 12 month TAX receipt*. full V5 registration document and full purchase receipt.  Overall condition (1 being for spares. 20 being showroom as new condition) :13. Ok to good condition for its year. Has been used and has age related wear and tear (see photos and watch the video). Good example of this bike. Very good engine with new exhaust system fitted. Has only covered 13786 miles from new.  Mechanical condition: Very good. has been well looked after. starts first press of the electric start button or kick of the kick-start. Good battery fitted. 50cc 2-stroke air-cooled single cylinder engine. Plenty of power. idles very nicely. very nippy off the mark and pretty fast for what it is. will happily get to 45mph. No leaks at all. Manual choke as standard working fine. Speedo and mileometer working fine. Engine starts easily and runs very well with normal 2-stroke smoke. Very good engine.  Cosmetic condition: Ok for its age. Has minor age related marks. scratches and cracks to plastics but is solid and has nothing that needs attention. Please view the photos and watch the video. Seat cover has a small cut at that back that I have taped up. Alloy wheels are in good condition but does have typical age related paint lift.  Electrics: Everything works. no faults to report.  Test run: Runs and rides nicely. quick off the mark and rides like a rocket for a scooter! Touches just over 45MPH. Pulls cleanly. Runs and rides superb! Handles great and sounds awesome (see video).  Brakes: Good working order. Disk brake at the front and predictable drum brake at the rear.  Suspension: Good working order front and back. Fork seals good with no leaking.  Tires: Both tires are good. front tyre has approx 80% tred remaining and the rear tyre has approx 60% tred remaining.  MOT? : This scooter will be sold with a NEW 12 MONTHS MOT post auction end.  TAX? : This is my scooter and will be sold with a NEW 12 MONTHS TAX RECEIPT post auction end*.  *- As of 1st October 2014 if the buyer wishes to take advantage of having a new 12 months TAX receipt included in the sale then it will be their responsibility to make the sure the bike is insured from the agreed day that the seller will arrange to TAX it from otherwise the bike will be sold untaxed with no reduction of the sale price.

Could I get this bike delivered? :Yes. Delivery option at 90p per mile one way to cover the cost of fuel up to 150 miles from WR14 at quoted by AA Route planner. If I am delivering this bike I require a non-refundable deposit of ?100 via paypal within 48 hours of the end of this auction.

All bike sold as seen and from my personal collection. I cannot give you an honest answer on issues with regard to the bike's prior history. as it has not been my bike from new. I can however. share my opinion as to its appearance and mechanical condition. I always test-ride and inspect all my bikes very carefully prior to listing them.
