Yamaha rd 250 unfinished project

{please read carefully}  here is an rd 250 v reg 1979 that i was slowly rebuilding it just needs some odd jobs doin but as it has been stood for about 6 months it now wont start to be honest iv now lost interest and ther for decided to sell. it comes with a new tyre and new battery   fitted in november  so with some time and tinkering youve got your self a classic    i have logbook and keys  any q. plz call or text 07786662157 buyer collects with cash thanks for looking   yes it does have matching numbers it also needs a resistor and seat locking pin and hinges    it does spark but wont start i dont know why so please dont ask i havent looked in to the problem
